We frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my practice. During your initial session, we will explore the concerns that brought you to therapy and determine the most effective approaches to support your progress. CBT focuses on understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
We work with clients who may be experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, self-esteem issues, and relationship problems. This includes individuals who struggle with persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or a lack of motivation associated with depression, as well as those who experience excessive worry, fear, or panic due to anxiety disorders. Additionally, We support individuals facing adjustment disorders, helping them navigate significant life changes such as career transitions, relocation, loss, or major personal challenges. For those dealing with self-esteem issues, We assist in building confidence, self-worth, and a positive self-image. We also provide guidance for individuals struggling with relationship problems, whether in romantic relationships, family dynamics, friendships, or workplace conflicts. Through counseling, We help clients develop healthier communication patterns, improve emotional regulation, and foster stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
